PCMH Redesign changed a lot about the way that practices get recognized. Understandably, people have questions about the new process.

Here’s a couple questions from the audience at the June 14th, 2017 Introduction to PCMH 2017 training in Washington, DC:

ISS is out and Q-PASS is in! …But what happens to all the data your practice painstakingly entered into ISS over the years?

&

If you had a 2014 certification (actually recognition, say, in Behavioral Health) do you have to go through the whole process again for 2017 distinction?
